Hotel Policies

Check-In Policy:

At check-in, Lone Star Court will authorize your credit or debit card for the amount of room and tax plus $100.00 per night for incidentals. Please note banking institutions can take between 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account. The funds on hold will not be available to you during this time. If using a debit card, please be advised that the hold will directly take place upon your checking account. Please contact your financial institution for further clarification.

Check-in time 3:00pm and Check-out time 12:00pm

Age Requirement Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at time of check-in.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise notated on special event dates. If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period stated above, the forfeiture amount will be a 1-night stay plus applicable taxes.

Deposit Policy:

Credit Card required at the time of booking.

Parking Policy:

For your convenience, Lone Star Court offers self-parking for registered guests.

Pet Policy:

Lone Star Court does allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas.  Pet fee and waiver are required at check-in. See Details.

Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA's definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities.

Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are subject to pet fees and waivers at check-in.

Bookings or reservations of ten (10) rooms or more are considered a Group booking. See Details
Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party. See Details
*Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. In the event the guest fails to check in to the hotel without canceling the reservation by 6:00pm, 48-hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, one night's room and tax will be charged.


Smoking Policy: 
Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guest room where smoking is found to have occurred.
