At check-in, Lone Star Court will authorize your credit or debit card for room and tax plus $100 per night for incidentals. Note that banking institutions can take between 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account. The funds on hold will not be available to you during this time. If using a debit card, be advised that the hold will directly take place upon your checking account. Contact your financial institution for further clarification.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them.
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise notated on special event dates. If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period stated above, the forfeiture amount will be a 1-night stay plus applicable taxes.

Lone Star Court does allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas. Pet fee and waiver are required at check-in.Service animals are welcome. Bookings or reservations of 10 rooms or more are considered a Group booking.
Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party.
Note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
Reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. In the event the guest fails to check in to the hotel without canceling the reservation by 6:00 p.m., 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, one night's room and tax will be charged.
Our hotel is a 100% nonsmoking facility. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guest room where smoking is found to have occurred.
