Check-out time at Lone Star Court is 12:00 PM. A guaranteed late check-out is offered as an add-on when confirming your reservation for a nominal fee; other late check-out requests are handled by the front desk on the day and are based on availability.

A guaranteed early check-in is offered as an add-on when confirming your reservation for a nominal fee. Early check-in requests that are not guaranteed are handled by the front desk on the day of arrival and are honored when availability permits.

You must be 21 years or older to check into Lone Star Court. Valid identification and a valid credit card in the guest name are required at check-in.

Your reservation is held until midnight with the credit card provided at the time of booking. If you will arrive after midnight, please call the hotel directly so we can update your reservation. The card provided is charged for one night’s room and tax.

Lone Star Court operates as a cashless hotel: all transactions throughout the property are conducted via credit card, debit card, or contactless payment. At check-in, the hotel authorizes your entire stay’s room and tax plus $75 per day for incidentals.

The front desk is staffed around the clock, and 911 may be reached directly from every guest room phone.

Lone Star Court provides a garment steamer in each room. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Please contact the front desk.

Yes. Your first package, arriving within one week of your stay, under 50 lbs and under 5 cubic feet, is free. Additional packages are $5 each, and every package incurs a $5 per week storage fee. Exceptionally large or heavy items, pallets and skids are assessed individually.

Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates. One night’s room and tax is charged if a reservation isn’t cancelled within that window. Non-refundable reservations are excluded from this policy.

Bookings or reservations of ten guest rooms or more are considered a Group booking and must go through our Group Sales Department.

Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party.

Guest rooms are assigned by the front desk at check-in. Lone Star Court has a limited number of connecting and adjoining rooms; requests must be made in advance by contacting the front desk directly and are subject to availability. The hotel does its best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them.

Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.

Overnight guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.

Yes, an outdoor 50-foot swimming pool with games, a courtyard snack bar and lounge seating. Pool access is limited to registered hotel guests.

Yes, pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas. A non-refundable pet fee and pet waiver are required at check-in. Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome.

The pet fee is $150 per pet, non-refundable. Two pets maximum, with a weight limit of 70 pounds per pet. Pets are only allowed in pet-designated areas. Service animals are exempt from fees.

Lone Star Court is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the open-air designated areas outside the hotel. A cleaning fee applies for smoking in guest rooms.

Self-parking is available for a fee and is based on availability: $18 daily and $25 overnight, plus tax. All vehicles must register.

Yes, a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night. The destination fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour gym access, and concierge service from the Lone Star Court front desk.

The hotel is approximately 27 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, roughly a 35-minute drive.

Lone Star Court does not offer an airport shuttle. If you’re not renting a car, a taxi is the best option at roughly $50–65 each way, or arrange a rideshare through the app. Our Guest Services team is happy to help book one for your departure.
