Serving up modern food and drink and featuring cozy home-style furniture, the Water Trough boasts a large wood burning fireplace inside with community seating. Plus, you can step onto the large outdoor deck and enjoy fire pits and water features.

The Water Trough takes you back to a simpler time and place. Enjoy signature favorites from our smoked brisket tacos to our soon-to-be famous chili served with “absolutely no beans” - and don't forget your corn muffin. Sit back and take in the beauty of the landscape while enjoying our signature cocktail - "The Chill Cowboy,” served up in a mason jar and made with vodka infused nectar sun tea, hibiscus liqueur, peach puree, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
